This clean and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, French press coffee maker, toaster and more. In the living room, you will find a comfortable couch, 55" smart TV, Palm Springs travel books, and games. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds with memory foam toppers, each with a smart TV, luggage rack and charging cables for your phone. The third bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/ shower, king bed with memory foam topper, tv, bedside lamps, luggage rack, and French doors leading to the outdoor pool space. The outdoor space, enclosed by a beautiful and modern tiger wood fence, features a private pool and spa, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, BBQ, outdoor dining table, two reclining lounge chairs with ottomans, a couch, and firepit. Spa heat is included in your stay. Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED. Heat is an additional $70/day and can be paid separately. Please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice for pool heat. We will turn on the heater remotely to a comfortable 86 degrees

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The City of Palm Springs has a few additional requirements that all renters must follow. The requirements are listed below and instructions will be sent to the guest after booking. 1) Sign a Rental Agreement 2) Send an email to the Owner with the following information: your name, age, address, and a list of all guests by name, and attach a copy of your government issued ID. 2) Schedule a virtual call (FaceTime or Zoom) with us for the day of your check-in to quickly (3 min) explain the house and city rules. Other details: The pool is not fenced and there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk... but have a blast! You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand that there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Renter will hold the owner harmless and owner is not liable for any pool related injury.

The whole house is yours. Only the garage and one closet in the master bedroom (it is locked) is off limits.

We love our neighborhood walks. Enjoy a short 1 mile stroll down Sunrise Way to Albertsons, or Starbucks for a morning cup of Joe. The heart of downtown Palm Springs is just a 7 minute Uber/Lyft ride away. Take in the sites from the nearby Palm Springs Aerial Tramway just 12 minutes west.
