Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds with memory foam toppers (additional twin trundle in one of these rooms), luggage rack, bedside lamps, charging cables for your phone. The primary bedroom features a king bed, comfy memory foam topper, tv, bedside lamps, luggage rack, and a sliding glass door leading to the outdoor pool space. There is an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, bathtub/shower and an oversized walk-in closet. The second bathroom in the house is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The home comfortably sleeps 7 (1 king, 2 queen, and 1 twin trundle) but can sleep 8 by using the provided twin air mattress or the couch. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, crock pot, blender, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, French press coffee maker, toaster and more. The Dining Room has a dining table with 6 chairs (additional chairs can be found in the closet of the primary bedroom) ☆☆ LOUNGE SPACES ☆☆ In the living room, you will find a comfortable couch, 55” smart TV, local area travel books. The entry way cabinet has games and puzzles. The garage has been converted to a game room equipped with a pool table, foosball table, games, and an enormous smart TV for streaming your favorite movies and shows, or use the easily accessible HDMI connections to connect your personal video game systems. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The rear outdoor space is enclosed by a beautiful Ficus hedge creating a lush, private oasis. The backyard features a private pool and waterfall spa, 2 hammocks, BBQ, outdoor dining table for 8, pergola with a couch and swivel chairs, and 6 wood pool loungers, a bean bag toss game. In addition, you will find a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. It really is like your own private resort! Spa heat is included in your stay. Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED. Heat is an additional $80/day, with a minimum of two consecutive days, and can be paid through AirBNB. Please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice for pool heat. We will turn on the heater remotely to a comfortable 86 degrees ☆☆ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ☆☆ The pool is not fenced and there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk... but have a blast! You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand that there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Renter will hold the owner harmless and owner is not liable for any pool related injury.
